What BalayKu does, and what it does not do.
BalayKu is a noticeboard
Every listing on this site was published by the landlord who owns the space, from their own account in the BalayKu app. BalayKu does not own, inspect, let or manage any property shown here, and is not a party to any agreement you reach with a landlord.
What we show
A listing appears here only while the landlord has published it and the space is recorded as vacant. When it is taken, or the landlord withdraws it, it disappears from this site. We do not verify the accuracy of a description, a price or a photograph.
Costs
BalayKu charges renters nothing. There is no agent fee, no commission and no charge for making an enquiry. If anybody asks you to pay BalayKu to view or secure a rental, they are not us.
Dealing with a landlord
Enquiries go directly to the contact details the landlord published. Any viewing, deposit, agreement or payment is between you and them. Take the same care you would with any private arrangement.
