What this website collects, which is very little.
Browsing
You can browse every listing on this site without an account and without signing in. We do not ask for your name, your email address or your phone number to look at a rental.
Saved rentals
Tapping the heart on a listing stores its identifier in your own browser. It never leaves your device, is not sent to BalayKu, and is not shared between your devices. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What a landlord sees
Nothing, until you contact them. Enquiries are made by phone or email directly to the landlord, so what you send is between you and them.
Landlord and tenant records
The BalayKu app holds tenancy records for landlords who use it. None of that is reachable from this website: it can read published listings and nothing else, and that restriction is enforced by the database rather than by this page.
